Is Etsy no longer generating USPS scan forms?

I usually generate scan forms for my local post office but the option to create one after I’ve printed all my labels has gone away 

Usually it’s on the pop up menu with “print labels” “print packing slips” the third one is usually “create scan form” but it’s not there anymore.

do I need to enable a setting to bring it back? I generate labels for 4x6 label printers if that helps but even when I changed the format the option to create a scan form was not there.

I  noticed mine doing this for the last week or so as well. I now have to go to the completed tab and select each one to generate a scan sheet every time!

I have found that the scan sheet can only be created the day that is set for the packages to be mailed.  So the scan sheet for packages going to USPS on the 16th need to have the scan form created on the 16th.

You also cannot have letters or flats I believe. I think at one point in the past I used the scan form because my mail carrier got huffy about me standing there making sure he scans every package and there were flats and letters in there. If I remember right, it said there were items ineligible for a scan form. I had to go and select each eligible item from the completed tab.

Maybe that has changed and I stopped using them when my mail carrier got so unreliable that I never knew if he was going to show or not. It was a tossup and I'd be frantically trying to decide if I have to go to the post office before they close at 1630 during massive rush hour.

I am curious about this as well. Scan forms are really appreciated by postal workers. I miss them.
