I have a customer who is messaging non stop harassing me.

I would prefer to see both sides of the argument before making any such recommendations, two wrongs don't make a right.
I didn't name and shame her? but considering her past "reviews" surely you can see a pattern here and the fact that she just kept inventing problems til she found one that stuck... and when i said if she returned it I would refund she then went around it and somehow got a paypal refund. seems the buyer has a pattern and she's now abusing the system to get free products from sellers in the marketplace.
I would agree, except the quantity of problem purchases and negative reviews left ... indicates a pattern. This shows it's not just one story with 2 sides.
I have made a lot of online purchases and have never come anywhere close having as many issues or leaving bad that many poor reviews.
I'd try to dispute that Paypal refund..can't hurt!

Yes! She has a lot of "not received" complaints, which if true, she needs to either get a po box or start filing police reports for theft. Way too many to go missing and still be on all the individual sellers.
Wow!!! I mean WOW!!! I just have never in 11 years on etsy had such problems as some of you do with bad customers scamming or threatening or whatever. I have such awesome customers that I accidentally sent the wrong order to someone and she kindly forwarded it to the right person! Such treachery is foreign to me on etsy. I can’t imagine one of my customers threatening me with a bad review. I would probably cry. I have many repeat customers though and we truly like each other. I have a no return policy but if someone is unhappy I will do whatever I can to make them happy. Thankfully that happens so rarely that it doesn’t bother me to refund or send extra product, i have been known to refund and let them keep the product even. Its all in the way its handled.
They will do absolutely nothing about it unfortunately.
suprise suprise..... she gets away with it. I provided the evidence to show that roughly 20 of her last 50 transactions are all negative and that its highly unusual and I said I was happy to refund when she returns the product but she refuses.... they didn't care.
