The same thing is happening to me and I came to the forums to see if anyone else is having the same problem. I feel more at ease knowing that I'm not the only one, so I'll wait for it to get resolved.
I cleared the cache and cookies, tried a different browser — the problem is still there. Photos won’t upload, files won’t upload.Also, the ad statistics haven't been working all day.
Same here! Just asked etsy support for help & they told me is was me. Wasn't going to waste any more time with that so bounced over here. Hope they fix this soon. Also can't search within my shop either for individual listings.
Possibly due to site wide issues acknowledged on https://www.etsystatus.com/ Sounds more like a cloud provider issue than Etsy judging from the variety of problems reported.
Same here. I tried switching to two different browsers and nothing works. I guess they'll fix it soon if it's something a lot of people are experiencing. We'll have to wait.
My photos stopped loading after spending the last 5 hours replacing Alt Text. Thought I angered the AI gods! Lol.
*Reminder to check what AI has written for your listings if you haven't already. I found numerous false claims of "Made in China". Even found the infamous word "Onesie" a few times!
Also in ETSY ADS everything is at 0 and it is showing this message: We're working to fix an issue on this page. Your ads are still being shown, but stats may not be updating to reflect current performance.
hello - cant see photos of my listings...as I can see this is an issue for many. has etsy acknowledged the issue ? I just updated the app from june 3rd. It does not seem to have helped. Hope they at least confirm there is an issue- haven't received any messages so far.
another company i work with just stated there is a wide spread google outage thats causing platform and messaging problems... maybe its related to that... ?
