There is an Announcement pinned at the start of this forum - Technical - that states Etsy's support is getting an overhaul & until it is completed the service will be down.

Etsy just announced that support is back up.
I can confirm, I am still getting whoopsies
But maybe these whoopsies are caused by new whoopsies in the system?
Make sure that you do a <ctrl><f5> in your browser while on the whoopsie page to ensure that your browser has the most current version of that page.
If you still get the whoops page you may need to clean out the cache and get a new cookie placed.
