Is Chat Support Not Working?

Over the weekend I noticed there was no one on the other end of chat support responding, not even an Etsy Support Bot. 

Anyone else?

Never had chat at all.  Support through email ahs always worked for me the few times I have needed it.

chat support only worked once on my computer. Otherwise - never. Says cant load.

When I use chat I type in "Customer Service Rep" twice (without the quotation marks) and then I get somebody. Then we chat about my issues.

@Marbrykers  Did you get the automated bot first before you typed customer service rep ?

No. I typed it in once when I first opened chat and then again after the Bot. Sometimes I type it in 3 times.

Having the same problem. Got as far as "Let me connect you with a customer support agent. Please share more about what they can help with." and i did, and then nada... tried to add a bit more and it's not going through and just getting a 'tap to retry' which does nothing.
