Invoice wont print

Is anyone having this issue?  I'm trying to print the invoice for the customer and it goes to a blank page.

There are no invoices on Etsy. Do you mean the packing slip?

I never print these out.  But I have had issues printing a shipping label.  For this I checked for device updates and cleared history along with junk files.  That helped.  If it doesn't try using another browser.   If none of this helps contact Etsy chat and let them know you've troubleshooted the issue to ensure it's not on your side.
