Invalid VAT Number

I'm buying your productd and services in order to sell tshirts on online stores.

Hi everyone,

Iam sending this email because i can't submit my VAT ID number in printfull.

I open activity yesterday morning,12th march 2023,  i have my valid certificate, but when i submit my VAT ID, prinfull indicates that it is a invalid VATID number.

Can you please help me with this problem?

did you put your 2 digit country code in front of the number?

you don't have your VAT ID number in etsy either, you need to put it here

I also have the same issue. I enter my correct vat number (DE...) and it does not work.
