International prices still going wrong!

I am still having a problem with the international and local pricing. This has cost me two sales over Christmas. I had duel pricing on all of my listings at one time but when I went to look at the details of each listing, I noticed some had reverted to Local pricing. I complained to Etsy and they told me to switch it off, re-do it and then test it. It still went wrong and reverted to local. I then had about five listings where, when I checked them, the international prices stayed! So I thought "wahoo, we are good to go". Someone then bought one of the duel priced items in the USA. I am in the UK. The item reverted to local pricing and the cost of sending the item was more that the value of the item!! I have written to Etsy many times and get a bland hopeless reply. Often a copy of the first reply which I told them did not work. I am stupified at how useless the Etsy "help" desk is! The last one told me to revert to this forum. I have seen the previous postings on this subject but it won't let me reply so I had to start a new post. The two sales that reverted to local prices, I had to cancel and I hate doing that. I already had one bad review from someone in India. I sent him the item, he complained he hadn't got it. Etsy refunded him and then he said he had the item but Etsy didn't ask for the money back so he conned me out of the item and then left a 2 star review. Even though I sent the item through Etsy's couriers, they will not remove the bad review which is no fault of my own. It now sits there stopping me from selling more items. To top it all off, when I had to cancel the two items due to Etsy's poor IT system, they then charged me a handling charge for handling the refund. I can't get over how poor they are. I wish there was a rival company, I would go with them.
