International prices reverting back to domestic prices.

For some reason when I make changes to a listing or if it renews, the international price reverts to the domestic price. This has been happening for around a year or so, it doesn't happen as often anymore but its still happening. I thought I was doing something wrong but I have seen other people have had this issue. Am I wondering if this is happening to anyone else and is there a way to stop this happening? Thanks.

Try editing it in the old listing format, this has worked for other people

but it is a glitch etsy has yet to fix.

Yes, it's unfortunately still happening. We've been trying to get Etsy's attention in this thread: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/International-Buyers-Paying-Domestic-Prices/td-p/1429... . It's been beyond frustrating. Sorry to hear you've been hit with it too.

This irritated the hell out of me for ages until i realised that it was changing the delivery profile that was doing it. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were other changes that have the same effect so maybe think what updates you’ve made to your listings recently and try to isolate the culprit like i did.
