International postage from UK

Is there an issue with international postage from the UK on the Etsy postage? I cant edit the weight on my parcel without it losing the postal settings and then not able to buy the RM label.

Please advise....

you are putting in too high a weight and their is no shipping option for that

so either the parcel is too heavy for the type of postage you are selecting, or you are not inputting the weight correctly

Etsy has KG as a weight, not gm,

you need to do it in kg . 

example ..... 100gm is     0.1   kg

Yes, as above.  If you are sending something which weighs 40g then you have to put 0.040 etc.
