International Shipping not available in Etsy shipping labels

Can anyone please help me figure out why I am not able to buy and print an International shipping label today?

I just printed out the USA labels just fine. I have one order going to Canada. It needs to be shipped today. I fill out the whole shipping form including customs, and the "Review" button at the bottom is not lighting up as it has hundreds of times in the past.

Please help.

I am about to just go to USPS.com and buy a label there and input the tracking so I am not dinged in the algorithm for shipping late.

Is this a known issue with Etsy Shipping?

I tried from Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, it doesn't seem to be a browser issue.

I live in Canada and there was a postal strike for a month. Now I am tryingto print labels but Etsy refused. Here is the message from Etsy;

The purchase of shipping labels is impossible for 1 of the selected orders:
Order
Reason

It is currently impossible to purchase shipping labels for this order

I just tried it for one of my shipments to Canada and everything worked for me but I did not purchase.  I'm still wondering why Etsy is even allowing us this option if we are told that they are not shipping to Canada.  I'm waiting to hear from them as to why they are offering this option (Global Postal Shipping) if we can't ship to Canada yet.

For now, we are continuing to disable the option for sellers in Canada to purchase Canada Post shipping labels on Etsy while Canada Post continues to experience delays.

You can buy a shipping label on the Canada Post website.

I'm in Canada and the mail is now moving again and Canada post has just announced that the mail here that was piling up just before the strike has now been entered into the system and is in transit now. They are clearing the back logged mail in steps, and said they will be starting to accept International mail on December 23rd, but you can expect delivery delays into January. They still warn that all mail could take longer then usual, so Etsy is probably playing it safe and not allowing you to purchase labels because your deliveries could take longer then what your customers are being told in their estimated delivery dates. Etsy or sellers could have to refund any customer's claiming that their orders are late, plus it could save you from any bad reviews this causes, so it may be better to hold off shipping orders into Canada right now.

I am in Canada and I cannot print my US labels. I have to go into the Canada Post office, and do them one at a time at the teller, thus not getting my small business discount ( as much as I get on Etsy labels)

but they are going out since yesterday, so if you go into USPS, you can do it at the counter. 

hopefully we will be able to print our labels from the Etsy storefront soon!
