Inserzioni disattivate per il regolamento degli oggetti fatti a mano

Ciao a tutti. Ho da pochissimo aperto un negozio su etsy per la vendita di decant di profumo. Le prime due inserzioni mi sono state accettate senza problemi. Adesso ho provato ad inserire altri 2 prodotti ma etsy continua a rimuovermi le inserzioni. Non riesco a contattare l'assistenza che risponde soltanto per messaggi standard. Le foto inserite sono mie. I prodotti sono originali. Ci sono altri venditori che fanno la mia stessa attività. Quindi non capisco cosa possa essere accaduto.  Grazie in anticipo per l'aiuto.

Are you simply repackaging a brand name perfume? That might be a problem.

Si in effetti si tratta di rivendere piccole quantità di un profumo costoso per renderlo accessibile a tutti. Lo so che potrebbe essere un problema ma ho visto negozi che hanno centinaia di vendite nello stesso campo. E io stesso ho effettuato due vendite.

The question to ask yourself is how is this 'handmade'? Your listings sound like you are merely reselling by transferring a perfume into other bottles which you also purchased. Repackaging does not qualify as 'handmade'. There might also be the issue of intellectual property (IP) infringement if you are using trademarked names without permission  to merchandise you items. Some brands might also be very protective about this kind of re-merchandising of their product.

"The first two adverts were accepted without problems." The system will have false negatives just like there are false positives.

"There are other sellers who do the same business as me." That does not mean that they are not violating Etsy rules, just that they have not been caught yet.

Si probabilmente c'è qualche problema con questo tipo di vendita. La cosa strana e che ci sono negozi con centinaia di vendite. Come può essere che non se ne siano accorti? Quindi uno deve pensare che questo sito non è affidabile. Il fatto poi che non si possa parlare con un assistenza nonostante sia un sito dove girano milioni di euro è gravissimo. Vorrei che qualcuno mi dicesse "ok questo non si può fare" ma dovrebbe essere una cosa che vale per tutti. Ripeto centinaia di vendite e molti annunci.

@BeccoContinuoParfum: Agree with you, but we do not know exactly what the bot is looking for - perhaps an additional factor as simple as shop age is part of the formula.

We never see how many shops and listings have been taken down, only the ones that have not been caught yet.

Etsy will probably never provide their exact reasoning, but you can thank unscrupulous sellers for that.
