Incorrect shipping status.

I sold an item (Order #2600621175) on September 18, 2022 and shipped it with a ETSY, USPS label on September 19, 2022.  However when the Orders and Shipping Report came out Order #2600621175 was reported as late.  Actually, the order had no shipping date at all.

Please refer to my Orders and Shipping page.  There you will see Order #2600621175 was shipped On September 19, 2022, the day after the sale.

Order #2600621175 was shipped on time, with an ETSY shipping label.  This error needs to be corrected and my Smooth Shipping badge restored.

I have already lost my Star Seller badge due to a bogus Buyer complaint, I don't want to lose this badge as well.

Please notify me when this action will take place.

You are going to need to contact Etsy Support as all of us here are other sellers just like you are. You can contact Etsy Support through the Community and Help section. There you can send them a message and they message or email you back. Keep responding to the first message you get back even if it doesn't seem helpful with I Still Need Help. Keep using that same one to keep contacting them because if you start a new one it puts you back at the bottom of the of the list of people needing help.
