I replied to a customer response on the day of sale within 3 hours and the day after as well. However, Etsy insists it was a late response.
Click the message data to download the list of messages and look for the one that was marked down. You may have missed a message and the mark-down was not for the message you think at all.
Put any message you didn’t answer into your spam folder.
