Incorrect percentage on on time dispatch

I've just had a long chat with your help service and they agree that the percentage is incorrect on my shipment overview. 

I have proved that 2 orders have tracking numbers, which are accurate and that those orders have been delivered, but my overview says they don't have tracking numbers... Hence, my percentage dips below the required amount for my on time dispatch badge. 

 

This is inaccurate and affects how my shop appears to customers.

@TheMesmerisingMagpie  - There have been many threads on shop owners having problems when using the Netherlands postal service. 

You can search the forums here or hopefully someone will come along with a link to a thread that had a solution or at least a good work-around.
If I can find the one I'm thinking of I'll come back and post the link to that thread.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
