Incorrect courier entered for a delivered item shows status IN TRANSIT

I listed Fed Ex tracking No. instead of Aus Post...but the package arrived and l have a 5 star Review for this sale. This is affecting my ranking for shipping on Etsy but I can't edit it

I was wondering how on earth l could possibly have a low ranking on shipping..as l often send things Express...to gain a good record for fast service and get great Reviews...The Question is -  how can l edit the courier please...as the Status in still showing "IN TRANSIT"

also why does it take so long for people to be permitted to give their Reviews. As I send things quickly and therefore items arrive quickly the customer often finds they can't give their Review when they want to. Naturally after a week after receiving their purchase they may lose their enthusiasm to add their Reviews

@JulleenJewels  - You only have a **short window to edit any errors in shipper &/or tracking number entered. I've seen **hours mentioned up to 3 days,

As for the review window, just as for items sent without any tracking, the window will open once the last estimated date of delivery has passed.

As to reviews, this forum is full of threads about issues with the ability to leave reviews so something seems to be amiss with the system that allows a review to be left.

I have a similar issue, although I send Aust Post. Nominate Aust post and its tracking number, but when I go back and look at the order, the carrier has changed to Fed ex. I always double check before I close a sale, but it keeps happening. So even when the package has arrived at its destination, it still shows in transit. Can Fed Ex and Aust Post tracking numbers be so similar it automatically changes? I have never shipped a parcel late, yet the CSV shows that I have? I shouldn't have to go back and check to see if anything has changed. But hey.. minor problem but frustrating!

Sounds virtually the same situation..doesn't it.. ..l too check my couiers twice....yet it happened....Etsy have advised me to go back to my sale...at the back end.....then "add a parcel"....with the correct courier...and the tracking number..unfortunately it doesn't change my shipping ranking...which should still be 5 star...it's quite frustrating..like you said
