My star seller removed according to low prcentage in 5 star reviews and reply to messages . I think that there is a mistake on both criteria. I have only 2 times 4 star reviews and all the others were 5. In the excell form you have calculated that I did not anwer in 8 messages but I have replied to all after a couple of hours.

I can't see your message stats, however you have to reply to every thread, from anyone, so if someone messages you in separate threads, you have to reply to each,
and if you buy something, and the seller messages you, you have to reply.
If you think there is still a problem , you need to go to - community and help - contact us, keep going until you get to "I still need help" and log a ticket
Since you have several 4* reviews, your % for reviews is under 95%.
Any review less than a 5* is not counted.

I also have 85% on messages but I answer or mark as spam all messages within 24 hours, usually within an hour, 7 days a week.
