Incorrect Tracking Number on Order Affecting Star Status

Hi all!

I noticed I lost my Star status this month due to incomplete shipping on one order. I finally figured out that I accidentally put an invalid tracking number on one order (the package has been successfully delivered with no issue, I just made a typo). Now because of that I've lost my Star status. So minor but still so annoying. I'm not seeing a way to edit the tracking number either besides "Add Package." Is there anything I can or should do to try and correct this issue?

You have 3 days to fix the typo, then it's a done deal. Etsy will not manual adjust or change anything having to do with star seller.

Unfortunately, the window closes way before you figure out that it's wrong. I learned that lesson myself a while ago. Sorry this happened. I know how frustrating it is.

Since it was last month, no there is nothing you can do.  You only have 3 days to make changes to tracking numbers, from when you first enter the number.  I am afraid this one will count against you until it drops out of the calculations in March.

Going forward, it is always a good idea to double check your data entry before sending (or at least after it is ended).  Then you have the 3 day window to change it if you notice it is wrong.

Just go ahead and Add a Package and put in the correct number. Sometimes that will work. You also have to make sure you have the correct mail carrier selected or the number will be invalid.
