Incorrect Star Seller status because of tracking numbers

My store lost its December Star Seller Badge because of incorrect stats. They said 3 packages didn't have tracking information, yet every shipment under completed transactions has one and was sent on time! I'm so Frustrated!!!

Check the CSV for last period.  Look to which ones Etsy says don't have tracking.

Do you use Etsy labels or Pirateship where the tracking number is entered automatically.

Were the item accepted by USPS within your processing time frame.  The tracking has to show that it is in transit.

I also had two packages sent on Nov 30 that says no tracking numbers and were not sent on time, yet my orders page show both tracking numbers and shipped on time! I think it is a glitch in the system.

I have been dealing with this since Sept. Check your stats in a couple of days.. this is a known issue that has been going on for a couple of months. If the correct info doesn't show in 3 days.. then contact Etsy with a copy of your receipt of when you mailed them and have Etsy fix it. And they will.. with your proof.. if you don't have the paper receipt.. you will have the info in their system when the PO accepted the package.. show them that.
