I have an order that was canceled and the money refunded by Etsy, however, it still shows up on my stats as an open order and every day that goes by the stats show that it is overdue by another day. This of course affects Star Seller rating and basically ensures that I would never reach Star Seller! How do we rectify this since there is no way to contact Customer Service for Sellers
@MemoryLaneMagazines Hi, I'm sorry you're having this issue. The only thing I can think of is to go thru Shop Manager > Help > Contact Us. If Etsy then responds with an answer that doesn't help you, Respond directly to that, "I still need help". Don't start a new email, as this will start a new Ticket and put you to the back of the line.
