I had a custom order where the customer pushed off the shipping date twice.
I was able to change it once - but there was not a tab anywhere I could find where I could change it again. It was her request it not be shipped until after Thanksgiving which I did. Is this a glitch... can it be fixed? She left a wonderful review - but now my Star Seller Shipping has gone down. I pride myself on keeping 100% across the board. How can I get this adjusted. I'm sorry, but you can't. Etsy help has said they will not change any rating for star seller. You found out the hard way, you can only push out the shipping date once. I seem to think you can push it out 10 weeks but having looked at the help article it didn't say that.
The longest processing time you can have is 10 weeks.
The longest you can change the date on the order is 3 weeks.
