I have noticed an issue with my on-time shipping rate calculation. When I check and download my invoice history, it only shows data from December to February 27th, not including February 28th. Because of this, my percentage appears lower than it should be, and I am being marked with ‘Room to Improve,’ which negatively affects my search ranking.
Yesterday (February 28th), I marked over 10 packages on time, and if they were included, my on-time shipping rate would be above 80%, meaning I wouldn’t have ‘Room to Improve.’
It is very important for me to remove this ‘Room to Improve’ status because my visibility in Etsy’s search results has dropped significantly, which negatively impacts my business. I need this percentage to be recalculated correctly so that my shop is properly ranked in search.

The last two days of the Feb. are not counted for March Star Seller. It will be counted for April. The last two days have never been counted for for the following month for SS.
So wait and see how it changes for April.
Is Etsy seeing your tracking? Are the items in transit? That is what Etsy looks at.
@LacelandLingerie: It appears that often a shipment is not included in the stats until after the scheduled to ship by date, regardless of when the package was actually shipped.
