There are numerous Shipping Stats calculation errors in the Star Seller program that need to be resolved by Etsy technical support.
I checked my Star Seller stats today and the shipping calculation is incorrect. The Excel summary for shipping data shows that for 3 orders, no tracking was provided and the items were not shipped on time. The Excel sheet provides the incorrect ship-by date for these orders. Additionally, for these orders, the customers did not receive a shipping notification. However, when I look in their order details, there is the tracking number that I had added before shipping and these orders were indeed shipped on time. The orders are in my completed orders folder.
Are you using Etsy labels?
I have the same problem. In the completed orders are the tracking information filled in. In the seller star rating the orders marked as missing tracking information.
I don't use Etsy labels, they are not mandatory!
