I'm working on improving my shop's overall conversion rate. Does anyone know whether the conversion rates of deactivated listings are included in the overall shop conversion rate?

No, because you are the only one who can see them.
Conversion rates show the ratio between the number of buyers who pop into the shop vs. the number of buyers who actually buy in the shop.
It seems to hate it when I deactivate items, if that counts.
