Inaccurate Prices

I recently started selling on Etsy.
I priced all my products at 31.99 Euro
However in my shop they show as 38.71 euro (29.03 after discount).

I don't understand why this is, could someone help me understand/solve this issue?

Hi, I'm not sure of the answer but one thing I noticed was that your shop home page doesn't show your location.

The other thing I wondered about was whether your prices are being rounded somehow (if they're being converted into EUR from your local currency), there's a setting if you go into 'finances' then 'currency' where you can choose whether prices should be rounded.

Not sure either of these things are anything to do with your issue but just brainstorming and hopefully another seller will have a better idea!

Because your listings ship from the US, which is outside the EU, so it's showing you prices including VAT.

But does it still show that way when I set my region setting on the bottom left to US?

you are shipping from the USA,

You are talking about euros

If you are viewing from the EU, you will see import VAT added, which platforms have to add for all orders under 150 euros

If you want to see the prices usa people see, you need to go in as a buyer, and change your delivery address to a USA address
