Inaccurate Message response time.

Hi--My message response time states that I respond "within one month." I respond to all first messages within a few hours to 24 hrs. If I get a spam message I don't respond. Also, Does this refer to all messages back and forth, or just the initial message from a potential buyer? Does anyone know how long it takes to change this, as it doesn't accurately represent my reply time..

If you get a scam or spam message, you report it so it goes into your spam folder.  Not responding will ding the messaging time.

You need to respond (or spam) the initial message from the buyer.  Ongoing message responses are not counted.
