Inaccurate Message History

Lost my star seller award 2 months ago as percentage dramatically dropped when I immediately cancelled an order as buyer requested, answered in a spot other than messages in error.  Waiting patiently for percentage to go back up, and noticed one answered message not even in history.

@AFoundDimePaperie  :  The Star Seller metric is that the FIRST message of a NEW thread must be replied to (or marked as spam) within 24 hours. Subsequent messages from the same account (a buyer may have multiple accounts) are supposed to be combined into a single thread. The CSV file appears to contain only the first messages of a new thread  as that is all that is used for calculations.

@AFoundDimePaperie: How long ago was this missing message? As best as we can tell, a new thread may not appear in the CSV file until after the 24 hour reply window has passed. If it was quite a while, you should search your messages and see if it got attached to some old thread or if some other Etsyness happened to it.
