Inability to check out

I am both a seller and a buyer on Etsy.

I have tried multiple ways as in PayPal, debit card, Visa to pay for a small purchase. I am for sure there is enough in the various accounts I try but none of them allow finalization of the purchase. It says to try again later or contact support.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Just an update. I called Etsy as a buyer and they said the error was with the shop.

You can’t call Etsy because they have no phone number.
