OP, where is your buyer located? In what country or state? Are you writing about Canada, where a postal strike has halted deliveries?

Did you check with your post office or shipper? In the US Canary Islands are treated as part of Spain.
If you are getting close to ship date and are still uncertain then extend the shipping date.
The Canaries are part of the EU. You don't have shopping policies for shipping to an EU country.
How many times you could extend tje ship by date?.. Meantime i extend a week, but seems i feel it will still continue not certain till than.. I have asked buyer to give other address that has the standard service.. But no feedback..

you can only extend the ship-by date, with the buyers agreement
if you can't reach them, you haven't got agreement
You need to look at all your shipping costs as your items ship to me on the UK for under £7. There is no way it will cost that from Indonesia. You need to set up shipping profiles and allocate the proper costs to the countries you ship to.
With your existing sale, you either have to send it as they have paid you, or cancel it. You cannot just leave them in limbo.
