Finances -> Payment Settings -> Billing
Trying to add billing card (to pay for every post that I make it asks me for 0.20)
I enter all of the card credentials -> click Continue -> Use this address
Nothing happens. Page is still empty with only "Add a billing card" button.
Spoke to your support about this and just got regular useless reply "try another browser, clear cache & cookies" - tried all of this including using mobile app. Same problem everywhere. Nothing gets added. No error messages.
Please help.

I always did exactly that, but you made me think in reverse
On my card the name is inputted as "First name" "Mid initial" "Last name" and that's how I always entered it.
So I decided to remove "Mid Initial" and it worked!
Lesson to others as well - do not enter mid. initial
Hopefully Etsy can put this info in there for people who are not aware...
Make sure your name & address match exactly with the card.
Yeh, the page has a habit of not actually showing you've added anything.
Usually a refresh or go to another page and back will then show it's been added.

True. NONE of my cards have a middle initial.
Be careful adding a bank debit card as your card on file. There have been instances of Etsy accidentally draining accounts and people being suddenly penniless. If you go that route I'd attach it to a business specific bank account not a personal bank account.
I am having the same issue. I been trying to add another credit / debit card. I fill out all the information, I click submit and everything disappears. I tried again a few minutes ago and now its says " there is an issue with my card, please check card number, expiration date, and ccv. I been trying to reach customer service since yesterday via the chat. An agent comes on line asks me my information, I explain the issue, a and they never came back. I have the chat opened since yesterday. I can type in it, but there is no one there
@myperfectjunk: Based on multiple other threads in this forum, Chat does not appear to terminate properly. Others have said that they had to contact Etsy to "restart" Chat.
