Yesterday, without any prior warning, our store was suddenly put into holiday mode. The reason stated was that our store is under review for verification of the info. the documents will be asked. However, there has been no clarification about which documents are needed, and we have not received any email. It's been over a day, and we still haven’t received any information or communication from your side. We believe this might be a technical issue.
We have been waiting all year to make sales during the Christmas season, and facing such a problem during this critical period is truly disheartening. We kindly request that the process is completed as quickly as possible and the issue is resolved without further delay.

Yes me too, zero email to explain why my shop was put on random Vacation Mode and zero response when I opened a Service Request to inquire why!
