Imaginary overdue order

For a week now, my dashboard keeps telling me I have an overdue order. I do NOT have an overdue order. I fill my orders early, never late. When I go to my orders page, I can't find any overdue orders. What's the deal???

There have been other older threads on the 'glitch' but this thread from earlier in the week:

Many that posted in the thread also had rather odd order numbers displayed. But it would appear there is a glitch somewhere & maybe Etsy is trying to track down the cause.

Yes. I use Etsy labels 100 % of the time.

I use only Etsy labels also.  Same issue.

There was another seller in the forums with a similar issue earlier this week. Etsy seems rather glitchy recently.

@ChickensintheRoad: As @NanaLetha said, probably just a glitch - but it would probably be a good idea to check the orders CSV file from your Star Seller page to make sure that something hasn't fallen between the cracks.

Where any of your orders by accident put in the In Progress area and got missed?

No. All my orders are done, and done early ahead of schedule. There are no orders lost in the In Progress category. I've scoured everywhere to find this supposed overdue order and it doesn't exist. It only appears on the dashboard. I click it and it tells me there are no overdue orders. But the dashboard keeps telling me there is.

Are you looking at the new app or on a browser?  Today, the app kept showing me I had an open order, even though it was in transit and I used Etsy labels.

Usually, when I open the app, those already completed orders sync up.  This time, I had to pull down the screen to update the order status.  Not sure if that is your issue or if it will help, but I was scratching my head over my "imaginary open order" for a few days.

I am having the same issue. 

I have no overdue orders but it says I have 1. There are no overdue orders in my open orders or in my "in process" orders. Strange.

Look in your finance page and see what it shows. I have seen several threads where there seemed to be a ghost order and the only place it showed up was in the payment paid and there was an order that had been paid for showing there.

That's been happening to me and it's killing business. 3 weeks my dashboard has said 1 order overdue. I believe I'm getting stuck in last place in search. Great. I have called and written. It's a glitch that they're aware of. That doesn't help me at all. My star seller page says I have 100% on time. At least that's not screwed up.

I've had this issue for almost a year now.  Not a priority to fix this on Etsy's end, according to my most recent online help chat conversation.
