Image thumbnail not showing properly

I have few of the new product thumbnails not showing up properly. I have tried to repostion and save them again more than once ( even on different days) and is still does not work. ANd the product shows up on one side, so it does not look good. 

Anyone else having the same problem?

Many of us have been having this problem including myself.  While in adjustments, crop the image from the top and the bottom.  I have found that doing this usually works.

Yes, lots of sellers are having this problem and supposedly Etsy is aware but it's been at least a month for me that it has been this way. I am cropping my photos to squares that fit and then hoping that if they get it fixed I won't have to redo them.

Yes! I keep adjusting the thumbnail to what looks good and it reverts back. I've tried switching the images and multiple retries on the images and this still keeps happening. Very frustrating and annoying.
