We had an IT glitch at the end of April with a message. We were not given any notification ever, either on the app or on my computer.
So how is that fair we are getting hit for a problem beyond our control for Star Seller????? The irony is that it really wasn't a customer, just someone wanting to know where we buy our Easels.
Etsy was switching gears into the new app and my best guess this fell through the cracks. My husband does IT for a living. That would fall under a software glitch. That is not something you can hold an Etsy shop accountable for. Every time there is an update there are bugs that have to be worked out.
