I had to submit my marriage license and new driver license for a name change on my shop. Some how there was a typo in my birth date when I set it up years ago. I received an email from Etsy Support asking me to reply to the email thread to confirm my date of birth so I did. I keep recieving automatic replies that the inbox is not monitored.
I have started a help support request and they told me to reply to that email thread with my birth date and I will have to wait on the "trust and safety team". I have also uploaded a signed attestation letter stating my correct birth date along with two forms of ID.
Has anyone else had trouble with this? How long does it take to be resolved? Is there a direct contact for the trust and safety team or an etsy customer support phone number?
I have sold an item in my shop but I am unable to be paid or take my shop out of vacation mode until they verify my ID.
