ID Verification Issue – Shop Still on Vacation Mode

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help or share similar experiences. I recently received an email from Etsy saying that I had two different names under my payment setup. My deposit account was under my corporate name (linked to my corporate card), while my payment method was under my personal name. To resolve this, I updated my payment info so that everything is now under my corporate name.

Etsy also asked me to verify my name with a government-issued ID, which I did two days ago using my driver’s license. I’ve uploaded it multiple times, but nothing seems to work—my shop is still stuck in vacation mode! There’s been no change or update from Etsy.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for verification to go through? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process? I’d really appreciate any advice.
