ID Verification Glitch - Need help please

Need some help please!  Because my ID didn't load correctly, Etsy shut my store down.  Here's the timeline: I had uploaded my ID for verification on my shop last summer as requested.  Then I saw my account showed on vacation. I loaded it at least 2 other times.   I thought the last attempt was okay, because I had a couple of sales around NOV/DEC, but then didn't realize those were cancelled;   once again the site said my ID had not been verified.  I located an email that I had missed from Etsy in JAN of this year, with another link to update my ID, this time, when I loaded it, it said it was successful.  However, my account had already been put on "vacation" and said it was permanently suspended and I could file an appeal.    I filed an appeal, and now it's been beyond the initial 2 week submission, and not sure what else I am supposed to do.  Any ideas?  I have worked hard to get a 5 star rating, and now feel defeated.  I read  that others had the same issue with their ID's not loading so I think there could have been a wide spread technical issue, but at the time of the appeal in JAN, I answered that I violated Etsy's policies because my ID didn't load properly.   I wish I had checked another box, because I wonder if that has prevented someone from reviewing my case?   I couldn't locate any other emails or customer service numbers, to reach out for help.   I would greatly appreciate anyone's help on this.

Your shop is on vacation mode not closed. You need to contact Etsy support
