I think my store isn't indexed (mothernaturedstore) and I don't know how to contact Etsy. Can someone help with a contact email please?

@MotherNaturedStore - It looks like you're right. I just used the search box in your shop to search for the word "craft" and no results were returned.

Your shop's home page also does not show any payment options.

Have you received an email from Etsy regarding verifying your bank account? Some Australian sellers have had to do that recently. If you haven't received an email, look in your shop manager's finances section to see if there is information there about verifying your bank account. 

If that's of no help, you can contact Etsy Support through the help center: https://www.etsy.com/help/contact

Choose from the options until you get to a page which has a grey "I still need help" button at the bottom - click on that and options to email, live chat and/or call will appear. Click on one to contact them.

You cant checkout at your shop, so no payment available. No one can buy from you.

You are right it is not indexed.  Only Etsy can reindex you.  Send an email and put Shop Not Indexed as the title so that Etsy will know instantly what is wrong.  If you get a reply and it is still not resolved, then reply to that reply to let Etsy know.  If you don't reply to their email, then they think the issue is over.  Do not send multiple emails just keep the one email going until it is resolved.

Hopefully it will be reindexed soon.

There are no payments methods on your shop - so the consequence of that may be you are not indexed,

Etsy recently asked a lot of people, in quite a few countries, including Australia, to verify their bank account recently

check your finances section to see if there is a request or warning message of any sort - and check your spam folder
