I think my badges were removed by an Etsy Bot

Etsy's tagline is 'Keep ECommerce Human - what a joke when they are sacking off all the humans and replacing them with bots! They are taking us for fools.

I have had a banner on my account for a month now, and it statesmy badges have been removed because I have received a final violation policy notice ( which I never recieved)

I contacted Etsy Support and was told that the only way I could get further information was to reply to the email for their 'Trust and Safety team' as they are the only dept that can help me. But with no email to reply to I have no idea what to do now to sorth this issue out. Its ridicuous that we are treated this way. I'm being punished for a crime I haven't committed, and worse, they have made it impossible for me to find out what I have supposedly done wrong!

It could be this

your first baby picture

  • Minor posed with their legs spread, such that knees are positioned wider than shoulder width.

Some of your posing sets are available on Temu, Amazon, and elsewhere. (See esp. the 3-pc textured set with dark chest pocket.)

Have you received any policy violation notifications in the past?  They could have been received months or even a year or more ago, certain policy violations earn you a permanent red mark that doesn't go away.

Have you had any listings deactivated? Etsy has a photo bot now  removing listings for photos found places like Ali or Temu. Check your photo via a web search to make sure they haven't been stolen and used places like Temu. Also check your email spam folder for Etsy messages.

You have the Rave Reviews badge.  I think if etsy removed your badges you wouldn't have any.

Teh email may not have been received because your email provider may have stopped it.  Some email providers stop anything with trust and/or safety in the title.  Do you need to accept certain emails in order to get them?

You can contact Etsy again and say the email did not arrive and could they resend it to your email.

However you have one badge so Etsy did not remove the other and leave one.  That is rather odd.  I suspect the other reason might be they made a mistake in the shop.  You sell baby items and it is possble a similar shop may have sold pacifiers or such with beads which are not allowed.  I would check with Etsy again.
