Hello,
Normally I've been setting my items as free shipping. But lately I try to set different shipping prices based on countries. I sold an item lately and I couldn't see the shipping fee in my payment account and I only took the item's price cost. When I check the buyer's receipt from shipping&order menu it is written that:
Shipping price
250.00 TL
-250.00 TL
Shipping total
0.00 TL
Why is it stated like 250 - 250 = 0 ??? I didn't set the item as free or another campaign??
So that means buyer paid the shipping or not, I'm so confused can someone help? Do I need to pay exra money for shipping now?
I am in the US. You are in Turkey. I am not sure if you have anything similar to the US sellers, but we have an option for Free Shipping for any orders over $35. If that option is selected, it will override all other shipping profiles, even on custom orders. I believe there is a way that you can choose any threshold amount to trigger free shipping, but I have not done it.
You might try checking your shipping profiles carefully for clues.
Unfortunately, that is all I can think of to help.
You have free shipping on all but one of your listings.
It would appear that you wanted to charge 250 and had that applied to the listing. It then appears that the shipping was refunded as if there is an overriding setting for free shipping for your whole shop.
Oh I see, but I checked everywhere and couldn't find it. Where it could be?
