Hello, I am a french seller and I don't know why a customer paid the national price of my product (9euros) instead of the international price I put (12euros). The shipping price paid was the right one, though.
It was the first time it happened to me, maybe because of the new version of Etsy? for 1 order it's not a problem but hopefully it won't happen again in the future. Did it happen to someone else?
