I no longer get sales emails

I haven't changed any settings.  This last week I have not gotten any emails about sales, shipping labels purchased, or my deposit being made.  My phone "cha-chings" but the sales email isn't there.  It's  not in my spam folder either.  I've had my shop for years and have always gotten the emails.  Why?  Bring them back! The chat feature has been no help.

I am using Yahoo mail on Chrome. My last transaction email from Etsy was on 9/22/22. Then nothing. Nothing in my yahoo account changed. The only emails I get are after a chat with CS. Sure wish this would get fixed.

That is the same date I stopped receiving emails. I ran into a huge issue a few weeks ago when Etsy prompted me to verify my banking info. For security reasons, I was signed out automatically, then was supposed to receive an email from Etsy with a code to sign back in. Never got the email and was locked out of my shop for a week. Etsy tech support was finally able to get my access back, but I'm still not receiving emails and I still haven't verified my bank info. I'm afraid to try for fear I'll get locked out again.

I have received messages from repeat buyers saying they never received an email when their order was complete and ready to download. That link also sends them to the download itself, so I would say these emails are essential. I hope this gets fixed but it has been an issue for a while. However, these messages from buyers have been occurring more frequently. My shop is the one that takes the hit from it too.

I am also experiencing problems with email notifications from Etsy when I make a sale also getting no conversation messages from customers. They suddenly stopped 4 weeks ago and I have not received any since even on my desktop computer. I have to keep checking into my shop several times a day.

This is happening to me too, worst thing is I have a new bank account which they need to email me to verify but they can not seem to send me an email, the amount of money they are making from us all you would think they could invest in a better system!
