I need help as a seller

Etsy keeps taking down a listing that says Lisner Amber colored. I know I can't sell beads smaller then 1.25 inches on Ebay. This is ridiculous.

Then what am I supposed to do when I can't get any customer support?

Then I kept trying to add my social security number so they  do not suspend my Etsy account and I couldn't do it. So then I put name change which there was not. It was just adding my middle name ! Sorry I'm just frustrated.

The word "amber" will trigger the bots to deactivate your listings. You have to figure out a way to title and describe your product without using the word "amber".

The word amber alone does not trigger the bots.  See my listings.  It is amber + other words.  (such as strand, necklace, bracelet etc)

Just don't use the word "amber". Can't help you with the other issues.

If the item is not resin and the word is only for color, use honey gold, yellow gold, red gold, etc. to describe.

I had that happen with amber colored beads in a bracelet.  I didn't contact Etsy, but in a few days, it was available again.  Then I changed the wording to golden brown.  I went through my shop and changed anything that said amber.  So far I haven't had any other items deactivated.  As far as my id was concerned, I changed my name in my shop to include my middle initial.  My social security card had first name, middle initial, and last name.

Etsy deactivated my listings with the word amber as they renewed.  As they were deactivated, I changed the amber to another gold descriptive word.  That way when they renewed again I did not have to worry about it.
