I need help. I've been a star salesperson all this time.

Hello. My star seller badge was taken away because my 14 orders are not tracked. But there the carrier is automatically Ukrposhta, but they were sent by USPS and they are tracked. But automatically on the site it is written that it is Ukrposhta and accordingly they are not tracked. When registering the delivery, I indicated the carrier USPS, but now it is automatically Ukrposhta. But these orders have already been received, so it is not displayed correctly. How can I get the star buyer badge and change the carrier in these orders to USPS?

How were they "sent by USPS" when you live in Ukraine? You can't have a USPS tracking number if you are not in the US

When you send 14 packages without tracking, you will lose the badge. No way to recover until a few months have passed.

All of my orders are sent from the UK with USPS tracking via a courier (transglobal express), the courier company upload the USPS tracking number to Etsy, so it is possible to buy USPS postage from outside the US.

Impossible for you to mail using USPS since you are not in the US.

Well I usually ship through Canada post or ICL and when it hits the USA it magically gets converted to a USPS tracking number. Do you think there's any possibility this may be the case....

@FlowersPorcelainArt   You will need to ask Etsy if there version of Aftership accepts your postal carrier.   From what I can see Ukrposht is listed on Aftership.

Do you check to see if the item has been accepted by Ukrposhta and that the first leg of the journey is tracked in your country?

Ukrposhta is not USPS.  USPS will do the last leg of delivery but the initial tracking number or customs number is from Ukrposhta and that is what you put in the tracking area. Your carrier is Ukrposhta.

Since it appears the tracking number was either not correct with the carrier or some other error, Etsy deems the item not shipped.  They will not change your star seller.  You will have to wait for next month or so as these orders drop off.

Sadly there’s nothing you can do to get it back until those 14 untracked orders either drop off the 3 month monitoring or you sell enough orders that the 14 orders are a low enough % of orders to not count. 

On future orders you should be able to add the USPS tracking number, as a second tracking number if you add the USPS tracking number now they will show as being posted late which won’t be helpful. 

I’m not sure the star seller badge makes a huge difference.
