I’m stuck on vacation mode

I need help. I can’t find anyone to help with an error code. I can’t get my vacation mode to turn off. I’m losing business and I’m about to close my shop. It’s been a month of lost income.

I did. I’ve never had this problem in past. I’ve tried everything.

Not sure if this will help you.  I couldn't turn mine off using my phone, but once I used the full site on my desktop it worked fine.

From computer:

Settings --> Options --> Vacation Mode --> OFF. 

Hope that helps. If you've been doing that and it doesn't work, I'm sorry. That sucks.

Hmmm....If I click on your name I can go to your store.  If it was in vacation mode it would say NatureTab Is Taking A Short Break at the top of your store's page.  I can click on all your items and they load fine.

@NatureTab are you talking about a different shop that you have because Nature Tab is not on vacation.
