I'm having an issue with uploading photos to my shop.

I don't know why there is no upload photo indicator when I click on Listings. I have a shop that was on "Vacation" for maybe 13 years. I can update my expired listings, which I've done, but I can not add new items. I am somewhat frustrated. Everything here was easier when I opened in 2007, imagine that!  Oh, I did check out the help site....with no help for my predicament...

Try copying an existing listing.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have no where to share the copy of my listing. I can not do anything other than change/ update current items.

Did you click on the listing and then edit?

I do have expired listings that I can edit and update but can not list new items.

I did click on existing expired listings I had and yes, those I can edit and they are listed and show up in my shop. I cannot list new items.

did you ever go through the Plaid verification before you left? Are you set up for Etsy payments not PayPal?

No, we never had anything like that. I mean I updated payments and where I will be paid, but I don't know anything else I need to do

If you have not been on Etsy for a long time, there are several changes.

The article gives you step by step with additional help you can go to.

Your titles and tags will not help. They don't work with present search strategies and you need 10 photos and it does help to use a video in the listings. 

You have to verify your bank account throug Plaid.

You need about page and shop policies.

Thank you for responding. My challenge is the "Listings" line that should respond to me in some way but it won't. I guess I'll call it a 'dead link'. I've tried it every day for at least a week and it just doesn't work.
