I lost my star seller badge for low dispatch/tracking ... Im a digital seller.

Hi All,

For the first time since star seller arrived, i've been stripped of my badge and the reason given states - low tracking / dispatch time ... however im a digital seller, all my work is instantly downloaded not posted, this has never been an issue before so i cant figure out whats going on, has anybody else has the same issue?

(Just to add, I'm aware the listings have to be listed in the correct category - all mine are - ive had the star seller badge for ages until this month).

Are all your listings digital?  Have you sent any listing via email?  All listings must be digitally listed including any custom listings.  

You may need to contact Etsy as I believe there were some issues last month or at the beginning of this month.
