Last night before the star seller deadline I was shocked to notice my shipping stat had dropped to 90% due to having no tracking info on aseveral of my latest sales. This however was not true, I always add tracking and have done dilligently for every sale. The star seller algo however stated otherwise.
Perplexed I mentioned this to support, they stated that I needed to wait 24hours for it to update, which was fair enough - but lo and behold now I have no star seller.
Here is my CSV file for last review and this is my current updated this morning after losing Star seller status.

You'll notice that 6 orders at the end of the review period stated no tracking, but they have vanished on the current csv (which is rated at 98%). There is one (the 7th) that I did not add tracking as I hand delivered the order.
The deliver by date on these phantom listings are the 1st of November, so they at the very least should be on the current review CSV. but no, they have vanished - and yet were on my previous review CSV, incorrectly stating there was no tracking provided.
Take for example order number [Ive removed this as its being automoderated], this is the last one of the orders in the last review CSV indicating that there is no tracking number and casuing me to lose star seller status. It has completely vanished from the current CSV - despite being a real order, with tracking still listed in my etsy shop Orders & Delivery section.
I know so many people come here annoyed that they diddnt get star seller status due to some reason or another, and perhaps Im overlooking something too - not that I can tell however, I've always added tracking as soon as Ive shipped it, in fact its how I update the shipped status on the etsy app.
This is incredibly frustrating.

It looks like you don’t have any of the badges so it’s not just the shipping metric that’s the issue.
Maybe you didn’t meet the requirements for the past three months meaning maybe you didn’t sell $500 or have enough messages?

I see Speedy Replies and Rave Reviews - the shipping one is missing - probably because of the hand delivered one. Hand delivery does not count for star seller.

See my post above. That one hand delivered is probably the reason you don't have the shipping badge.

Star Seller works on Etsy time, not AU time, and orders received in the last day or two of the month are not counted for the shipping metric, so that sellers are not penalised for late shipping prematurely. Likewise messages received on the last day of the month are not counted for the messaging metric so that sellers are not penalised prematurely for not replying within 24 hrs.
Ok then, why are the orders made on the last day showing on my previous review time's CSV? Additionally without the shipping details which were added.
And I'd like to add, NOT on the current review time's CSV?
I don't understand your CSVs - there are a bunch of "nos".
That was the previous month's CSV - there are a lot of no's in the shipping details section for orders where shipping details WERE ADDED. The smaller CSV is a copy and paste of the CURRENT review time from this morning, illustrating that these orders with the 'nos' have been removed for some reason.
Are you aware that the review time is 3 months? Your statement left me a little confused.
Indeed I am, I was star seller last month, and I otherwise have an impeccable record, it's only these last 6 orders that were recorded in last month's star seller review as having no shipping details that have dropped my shipping stat from 98% (due to the hand delivery) to 90% causing the loss of star seller.
The CURRENT CSV file does not have these orders listed, despite them still being in my order center, and of course them having been shipped with trackind details.
I guess we would have to see your CSV files to fully understand what you are saying.
What I have copied and pasted above are the end of the two CSV files minus the order info.
Note the corresponding date of the top order indicating I have started the copy and paste from the same point in each CSV file.
The end of the CSV file illustrates the most recent orders.
There are 7 'nos' in the shipping section - one for the hand delivery, 6 for unknown reasons.
The 6 unknown ones have been REMOVED from the current CSV, however were present in last review period causing the loss of star seller status.
Currently as of this morning my shipping is back up to 98%, when it was 90% last night due to this.
@SvenStudios From the CSV information you have provided it certainly looks like your SSP is working as intended
For the Shipping on Time with Tracking metric, Orders are assigned to the Month in which the Order is DUE to ship (latest date of your Processing Timeframe)
Therefore, Orders DUE with a Processing Timeframe for which the latest date to ship is in November will be removed from the October statistics for SSP calculation. The reason for this is to ensure Sellers who are not DUE to ship until the next month are not penalized. The Orders received 30 / 31 October are not DUE to Ship until 01 Nov, so they have been removed for the Octoberl SSP calcularion. They will, however, be included in the November SSP calcularion
