I have been having difficulty deleting and/or deactivating listings.

I have been having difficulty deleting and / or deactivating listings now for a good 8 months.  I've reach out to Etsy and they've only responded once and never came back to actually solve the problem.  I've done everything that's been suggested including deleting on Chrome and Safari, but to no avail.  I am at my wits end trying to figure out what's happened?

What exactly is happening when you try to deactivate a listing?

What error message are you getting?

Are you using the app? Have you tried using the browser (desktop) version?

I’ve used my laptop - not my phone.  Tried it on chrome and sasfsri and inevitably the pop back up with 8 hours!

That's weird, especially when the listings are popping back up for you.  I only use a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10. I've done Local Shows in September, and Deactivated everything I took with me. If it didn't sell at the Show, I Reactivated it when I came back. Then for the next Show, I Deactivated / Reactivated again, and so on, for 4 weekends. There were no problems.

Do you have a Qty. of more than 1 (just grasping here). I usually have more than one of each Style (with the exception of XL items), but I have a Qty. of 1 due to the fact that each item has it's own photo. Because they are Handmade; I don't use any stock photos; the Customer gets the exact item shown.
