Did you purchase your shipping using Etsy's shipping labels? Was tracking included? If you purchased shipping outside of Etsy did you come back and enter the tracking information here?

I use Print on Demand, It is all done by Printify.

Then it sounds like the integration isn't working, as it should sync the orders as being complete and enter tracking.

Yes, I contacted Etsy a few times for a week and I haven't received any answer back.

@CreativeDesignLD  Oh, I see...you are drop shipping. Do you have proof from Printify that the package was delivered? It sounds like there isn't a complaint from a customer and that you are just concerned because Etsy shows it as not having been delivered. You still have to indicate on your orders page that the order has shipped. What do you do when you send the order to Printify. On the orders page, click on the update progress and more actions tabs.

Yes I have proof by Printify it was delivered and they also confirmed with me it was delivered on March 30, but for some reason Etsy as it as Overdue and I can not complete an order that was already completed with a shipping label.

Of course you can. Mark it as complete and take the tracking number from printify and put it in the tracking box on etsy.

If you continue to leave orders as overdue, then etsy is going to limit your shop, as they don't have any proof your shipping your orders.

Now, go find out why the tracking wasn’t automatically applied. Perhaps something with synching your shop or an error with Printify.

this happened to me. Etsy support said there is nothing that you can do but send the buyer another shipping notification, which might confuse them. There should be an option to just update the tracking info with the carriers info based on the tracking number, once you complete the order

*USPS REJECTED THE REFUND, WHICH WAS FINE, AND I PROCEEDED TO SHIP THE ITEM SUCCESSFULLY AND ON TIME.

Delivered is immaterial to Star Seller - only marked as complete on time with verifiable tracking counts. So if you click on the tracking link on the actual order it does not open the courier's page with a scan history and your order is still showing as "pre-transit"?

Presumably you are using Etsy labels? I think that in your situation, I would have left the original label as cancelled and just generated a new label and used that tracking number if the original one was being rejected.

While your other issues and concerns are valid, SCREAMING at Etsy and your fellow sellers (by typing in all capital letters) is not going to help the situation.
